2L & 5L SHARPS CONTAINER WALL-SAFES

Sharps Containment’s Wall-Safe is an important accessory for use with our well known range of sharps containers and is designed for the utmost protection of the public in outdoor areas and in public buildings where discarded syringes are likely to be found.
The Wall-Safe is made from tough steel, powder coated gloss yellow for durability and robustness in both indoor and outdoor applications.
Syringe traffic enters through a chute which connects directly with the replaceable cartridge inside thus eliminating spills at the kerb-side. There is no need for dangerous decanting of syringes from the wall-safe since it is designed for easy withdrawal of the cartridge which is a certified disposable sharps container and is, in its own right, used in other main-stream health-care markets such as hospitals.

These models are rectangular in shape with a drop-down front door secured by a tumbler coin lock. A special Heavy Duty Lock cam is available where vandalism is a concern. Unless otherwise specified multiple wall=safe orders will be delivered with common key code so that your service person need carry only one key.

Mounting to wall, post or fence is achieved by rear panel holes. Pole Mounts are available as an potion if access to a suitable wall or fence is not possible.

The 2 and 5 litre models are equipped with a 40mm diameter top chute which is big enough tot take 10ml syringes. The 20 litre model comes with a customised side chute designed to accept most personal small sharps containers including Victoria’s 150ml personal container and also the most popular of NSW’s personal FITPACKs.®

Orders will be taken for special configurations to suit unusual traffic and prices are available for all models in stainless steel. Various accessories such as 20 litre rain shield and profile cover plate are also available.
