The 1litre wall-safe is designed to provide a high level of security against “break-ins”.
The cross-bolt which holds the cartridge and (spare) lid inside the steel tube body is tightened by a special pin-drive nut. The nut itself is seated inside a steel shroud tube to prevent unauthorized access by pilers/grips.
This arrangement avoids all the problems associated with vandalism such as ordinary ockscontaminated with super glue.
To slacken the security nut the authorized service officer must possess this special tool.
